Project Overview

At the Diageo site in Bishop’s Stortford, the goal was to provide a full height screening solution to isolate a major construction project from the active manufacturing floor. It was critical to stop construction dust from contaminating production lines and to maintain high air quality standards for beverage production.

Our Solution

We utilised the RapidFireWall system to create a floor to ceiling barrier. This installation included:

• Dust suppression fabric to protect sensitive production areas.
• Acoustic insulation properties to shield the factory from site noise.
• Full height panel sections for a complete seal between the two zones.

The Result

The installation allowed construction to proceed without risking product contamination or distracting the factory workforce with excessive noise from the building works.
