Project Overview

At the HMG Paints facility in Manchester, the primary objective was the protection of raw materials and finished stock. The client required two dedicated paint stores to be fully insulated to prevent temperature fluctuations from affecting the chemical composition of the paint products.

Our Solution

We utilised ThermalShield panels for their superior thermal properties. This project involved:

• Creating two dedicated climate controlled stores within the existing warehouse footprint.
• Using high performance insulation to maintain a constant internal temperature.
• A rapid installation process to ensure the facility was operational as quickly as possible.

The Result

Our lightweight partitions created a controlled environment that offers a cost effective alternative to traditional permanent cold storage or blockwork construction.
